• For SOC containing cargo which would be sanctioned commodities if imported to Russia/Belarus, we request formal written assurance that the shipment is not going to Russia, Belarus by the provision of an End-Use Certificate
• For COC containing sanctioned commodities if imported to Russia/Belarus, we request written assurance that the shipment is not going to Russia, Belarus by return after receiving the Arrival Notice document.
Failure to meet the above new process requirements will result in your cargo being shipped back to origin.
