Company is one of the world leading producer of spare parts and components for automotive market (aftermarket), is looking for a Logistics Coordinator (Russia market)

Job description

• Carry out customs clearance
• Manage local warehouse (4000 part numbers)
• 1C operations (booking and accruing goods)
• Ensure timely document turnover among customers, logistics and accounting company
• Maintain close relationship with Logistics and Customer Service at Europe HQ
• Deal with customer queries regarding product availability
• Supply information to Sales Admin for preparation of contracts and agreements
• Customer Service backup
• Pitching 3PL / forwarding services etc.

Требуемый опыт работы:  от 3 лет

Требования к соискателю: 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in customs brokerage at least 2 years
• Excellent English
• High communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Russian document turnover
• Disciplined, responsible and reliable person able to prioritize correctly
• High MS Office level
